Jacqueline You

Dr. Jacqueline You is Associate Professor of International Business, Entrepreneurship, and Strategy at the University of York, UK. Her research focuses on the strategic and relational dynamics of resilience across organisations, societies, and wider systems, with empirical work spanning environmental change, extreme environments, and diverse geographical and institutional contexts. Before entering academia, she worked in strategic roles in global supply chains and procurement for multinational enterprises across China, the United States, Canada, and France, and later founded her own venture in the UK.
