Dr. Irita Mishra is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Marketing at the University of Wisconsin–River Falls. Her research examines how organizations manage collaboration, risk, sustainability, and behavioral dynamics across complex supply chains. Her recent work spans sustainable supply chain risk management in the semiconductor industry, machine learning–based supply chain mapping, algorithmic negotiations in buyer–supplier relationships, and the coordination of distributed expertise in supply chain settings. She is also engaged in pedagogical research on AI-enabled course design, podcast-based instruction, knowledge-artifact provenance, and civic advocacy-oriented management education.
