Dr. Binayak Kumar Dubey is an Associate Professor in the Department of Physical Education, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi. His research interests broadly encompass physical education, yoga studies, sports science, and emerging areas of sports tourism and human well-being. His academic contributions focus on interdisciplinary dimensions of physical activity, traditional knowledge systems, and sports development. He has published research articles in areas including yoga practices, sports tourism, adventure sports, and physical education. His recent works explore themes such as the relationship between yogic practices and physical fitness, infrastructure and perceptions related to sports tourism development, and the role of indigenous knowledge in promoting holistic well-being.
