Dr. Izharul Haq is a dedicated Environmental Microbiologist and Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) at the Department of Biosciences, Manipal University Jaipur, India. He earned his Ph.D. in Microbiology from the CSIR-Indian Institute of Toxicology Research, Lucknow, and completed his postdoctoral research at the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati. He brings a strong academic and research background to his role. His core expertise lies in Environmental Biotechnology, particularly in microbial waste valorization, and toxicity assessment of pollutants. Dr. Haq has published over 35 research papers in reputed journals and has published 9 edited books and 21 book chapters in his field.
