Lucas Paulo da Silva

Lucas Paulo da Silva is a Research Associate at the University of Zurich, Switzerland. He recently submitted his PhD dissertation at Trinity College Dublin. He uses computational and causal inference methods to study political, economic, and media-related behaviour. His first focus is using natural language processing to measure online media content (ideology, sentiment, etc.). His second focus is using experiments, quasi-experiments, and panel data to study how media influences audiences.
