Li Shuwen is an Assistant Professor at the School of Economics and Management, Dalian University of Technology, China. His research interests include value co-creation and organizational innovation management. In recent years, he has published over 40 papers as the first author in journals such as the International Journal of Human Resource Management, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, and Applied Psychology (H-index: 32). Through exploring issues like power imbalance, competitive-cooperative ambiguity, and the breakdown of trust in value co-creation, he has proposed theoretical mechanisms such as the temporal and interactional effects of value co-creation.
