Dr Oluwayemi IbukunOluwa Odularu is a Senior Lecturer in Library and Information Science at Walter Sisulu University, South Africa, and currently serves as Chairperson of the Heads of LIS Forum in South Africa (2024–2025). She holds a PhD from the University of Fort Hare and brings over a decade of experience in higher education. Her research expertise spans information literacy, information science, ICT integration in education, knowledge management, and sustainable development within the context of higher education. Dr Odularu is a Y-rated researcher by the National Research Foundation (NRF) and a prolific scholar, having published widely in international peer-reviewed journals and contributed to several scholarly book chapters. She has received multiple research grants and institutional recognitions for her academic contributions. In addition to her scholarly work, she is actively involved in mentoring emerging scholars, promoting community outreach initiatives, and advancing the relevance and impact of Library and Information Science research and practice in South Africa and beyond.
