Kelvin Leong

Kelvin is a Professor at the University of Chester, U.K., with a diverse professional background. He is a Chartered Scientist, Chartered Accountant, Senior Member of IEEE, Fellow of the Royal Anthropological Institute of Great Britain and Ireland, and Senior Research Fellow of the National Academy of Artificial Intelligence. His research spans AI applications, data analytics, microlearning, financial education, and financial technology. Kelvin has served as an External Examiner for programmes in the U.K. and Europe, writes a weekly newspaper column in Hong Kong, and is a member of the European Science Foundation College of Expert Reviewers.
