Dr Bingyi Han is a Humboldt Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Computer Science at Saarland University in Germany. She completed her PhD in Human–Computer Interaction at the University of Melbourne in Australia. Her research explores how artificial intelligence is shaping education, with a particular focus on students’ experiences of AI-powered systems. She examines issues such as fairness, agency, and how humans and AI work together in learning environments. Through her work, Bingyi aims to support the ethical and human-centred design and governance of AI technologies used in education.
